Austin named executive vice president and chief financial officer at Beach First
Beach First National Bank has appointed Gary S. Austin, CPA, MBA, as executive vice president and chief financial officer of the bank and its holding company, Beach First National Bancshares, Inc. In his new position, Austin will be responsible for bank and company financial data and will simultaneously serve as corporate secretary for the company. He will reportedly manage the bank's accounting, information technology, deposit operations, human resources, and marketing areas.
