Once you get your certificate, you will be well on your way to getting a job, although you must now fill out the application form once a job comes available. Like accounting jobs, notary jobs have a significant application process that you must go through with, as you must pay a filing fee and then wait at least two weeks before you will hear from anyone. Make sure that you go over this application very carefully and make sure that you do not make any mistakes on it. When you are applying for accounting finance jobs, you can get away with small spelling mistakes, but this will not go over well when applying for a notary job because of the attention to detail that is necessary to survive in this industry.



If you do not have the proper attention to detail necessary to succeed as a notary, it is probably wise that you go and get yourself an accounting job, since this is one of the most challenging jobs out there.
