The Finance Manager IBU is accountable for the financial leadership and financial management for an Interdependent Business Unit (IBU). The Finance Manager optimizes the financial and operational performance; achieves organizational objectives and strategic goals; leads efforts to improve operations and monitor metrics, including staffing, labor productivity, overtime, and serves as a key resource to monitor budget variances. The incumbent partners with clinical and operational leaders to provide guidance and share financial talent to maximize on financial opportunities; identifies opportunities for improvement and leads the execution of financial improvement initiatives – translating financial targets into actionable operating objectives. Minimum Requirements:

Five (5) years of progressively responsible finance or accounting experience, including 2 years in a PACE Organization or another healthcare setting.

Additional years of finance or accounting related experience in a private practice healthcare setting is highly desired. Education/Licenses/Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business required. Master's degree preferred.
