Responsibilities
The Senior M&A Professional makes recommendations regarding the impact of possible mergers, acquisitions and divestitures on the organization's profitability. Conducts appropriate due diligence to ensure the reliability and implications of information provided by potential acquisition targets. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Additional responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Mentoring analysts and reviewing their work
Managing expectations of third party advisors
Managing due diligence process Lead internal/external meetings and calls
Modeling the financial profile of the business
Creating presentations for senior leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5 or more years of finance, accounting, and/or consulting
Experience at a top consultancy or investment banking firm
Merger and acquisition transaction experience
Knowledge of general financial and accounting principles
Experience building and evaluating financial models
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
Experience preparing executive-level presentations
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and passion for excellence

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
MBA
CPA and/or public accounting firm experience
