Billing Supervisor

Profile

Provide training and daily assistance to Billing Representatives. Coordinate and discuss billing related issues, concerns and questions with Billing Manager.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related billing software.

Basic understanding of collection practices and laws.

Possess strong analytical skills, and ability to audit data for accuracy.

Possess an understanding of data workflow.

Hands on experience in processing invoices.

Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills.

Ability to act with discretion, tact, and professionalism in all situations.

Ability to maintain records and produce reports.

Extreme attention to detail.

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree highly preferred.

At least five years of related experience required.
