This role partners with both the Facilities and Workplace Services tower leads, supporting a budget totaling $500M of OpEx. This position is located in the North America Capabilities Center (NACC) in Tampa and is charged with providing global financial, accounting and key decision support to the above listed functions.

Detailed Position Responsibilities
Financial Stewardship
Provides financial stewardship to clients on financial and/or accounting matters, collaborating with Technical Accounting, Corporate Financial Reporting, Business Controls, Audit, etc.
Maintains internal control environment to the highest standards of compliance and integrity
Supports key business partners for external and internal audits, as needed
Business Partnering
Provide accounting support to account for distinct transactions related to: Fixed assets capitalization & disposal, acceleration of accumulated depreciation, straight-line rent, leases (ASC 842), real estate revenue recognition, restructuring activities, among others
Participates in monthly and quarterly financial close process, including the development and issuance of reports and analyses focusing on comparison of results to budget, prior projection and prior year with investigation and in-depth understanding of key variances; meets regularly with business partners to review results (i.e., presentations/direct conversations with Senior Management)
Meet with business partners to plan, prepare and analyze global operating budgets and projections
Supports manager in providing ongoing financial support to support business decisions and initiatives, including continuous improvement and integration activities
Coordinates, develop and present the annual business plan and periodic financial projections to operational business partners
Performs adhoc analysis for various projects.
Drives Process Improvements
Helps drive further standardization and optimization of common processes across team
Works with key business partners to evaluate, optimize, and execute tasks/processes that will improve/increase the business partnering/FP&A responsibilities provided by the group.
Desired Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA preferred
Minimum 5 years diversified experience in accounting or finance
Experience with development of annual business plan, financial projections and operations expense management preferred
Strong working knowledge of general ledger and budgeting systems required - the SAP suite (including SAP BI/BW; RPM)
TM1 and Hyperion are strongly preferred
Very high level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required
Demonstrated knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls, strong financial and analytical skills required
Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills
Must be team oriented and have ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment working with multiple levels of management
Successful candidate must be a demonstrated, strong self-starter, have the ability to manage multiple tasks and be able to work with minimal supervision, as well as demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs and requests
