Aon is looking for an Account Manager As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Risk in Ft. Washington, PA. This position will support an Affinity US Global enterprise business line. The Business Analyst will be responsible for invoicing and financial planning & reporting. Analyst will gather, consolidate, and validate data from multiple internal and external global regional offices. Tasks will include calculation of premiums via input from various offices, creation of invoices, various analysis, research for operations. Analyst is viewed as a complex problem solver. Responsibilities include:Understand and implement mathematical invoice computationsCo-ordinate timeliness and accuracy of invoicing data collectionCritically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and abstract up from low-levelIdentify trends and work with leadership to develop action plansInitiate interaction with wide range of internal and external colleagues globallyPoint person for internal and external contacts in global regional offices for inquiriesOther responsibilities and enterprise duties as assignedSpecial Skills Required:The position requires a highly organized, analytical, and independent individual who is able to work in a deadline driven environmentExcellent oral and written communication skillsBroad knowledge of business processes and data entryExcel, PowerPoint and database analyticsPrioritization skillsIssue managementMinimum Required Experience:2 – 4 years related experienceEducation:Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Mathematics, or similar.We offer you A competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
