All qualified individuals are encouraged to apply, including individuals with disabilities and Protected Veterans.   Position Responsibilities                                  This position is responsible for the preparation, analysis, and monitoring of various branch/facility accounting functions:   ·    Complete various financial activities for the month-end close process. ·    This includes creating journal entries, conducting analysis/reconciliations of accounts, and generating reports for management. ·    Record journal entries for the group’s bank account. ·    Assist field management by monitoring and responding to credit card disputes. ·    Resolve accounting related issues surrounding the automotive branch freight program. ·    Monitor and review all A Program points submitted by marketing for the  Automotive rewards program. ·    Complete ad-hoc reporting as needed for headquarter and field management.   Position Requirements   Formal Education Required: ·    The individual must have a high school diploma and currently pursuing, at a minimum, a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.   Knowledge & Experience: a.     Required: ·     Applicant must possess extremely strong PC and communication skills, be well organized, and have strong attention to detail.
