SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for managing deductions and trade payables related activities including reporting, auditing, 1:1 meetings with clerical staff, SOX compliance, escheat mitigation, project management, integration activities, training, development of staff, disciplinary action and TEAMS reviews.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: 2 years of deduction experience required.
Computer Skills: Standard computer skills including the generating of spreadsheets or word processing macros; developing complex graphic presentations, written procedures and templates for use by other team members; or writing and executing basic programs using a programming language.
Communication Skills: Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Supervisory: This position supervises 10-12 team members.
Special Skills: Presentation skills are required; Must be able to work in a team environment.
Travel: 1 to 5 domestic trips per year.
