Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

Coordinate activities between client business team and offshore team

Monitor and track progress of the team’s daily activities

Produce weekly status reports and review with the client

Issue analysis and resolution

Exception and CDG Billing trend analysis

Analysis of existing processes to suggest process improvements

Analysis of existing billing and exception data

Define leading practices for billing of net-metering accounts and handling of billing exceptions

Review and recommend automation opportunities

The Team

Our SAP team focuses on design, implementation, and on-going operations and maintenance of SAP applications and technology. Professionals will have hands-on access and exposure to the latest technologies and thought leaders.

We work with clients who want to improve their ability to react on digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions.

Qualifications Required

Overall 5-7 years of Implementation / support experience with SAP ISU

Experience with Electric and Gas Utilities

Experience with SAP IS-U Billing

Experience with SAP IS-U Device Management

Experience with BPEM configuration and processing of BPEM cases

Implementation experience with complex billing / net metering

Excellent communication skills

Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project

Bachelor's degree or quivalent professional experience

Travel up to 20% annually (While 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice

Must be willing to live and work in the Lake Mary, FL; Gilbert, AZ; or Mechanicsburg, PA area

Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred

Experience creating and documenting functional and technical specifications

Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team

Strong written, presentation, communication, and relationship-management skills

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
