Profile

This Financial Analyst 3 position will be responsible for providing
accounting/controlling support to one or more Healthineers Support Functions
within the Healthineers Accounting Functions Controlling (SHS AC FC AM)
organization to ensure those Support Functions achieve their targeted financial
goals. These controlling functions include budgeting, forecasting, complex
variance analysis, cost monitoring, management reporting, and allocations to
the Business Areas/Business Lines. This role will require effective
collaboration with other team members and stakeholders within the Support
Functions and Business Areas/Lines and strict adherence to
deadlines/deliverables, while balancing the need for accuracy and efficiency
throughout all aspects of the work. 
Specific responsibilities will include the following:Working knowledge of various
systems (e.g. SAP, OneSRM, EZ-Suite) and processes utilized to perform the
functionsComplete monthly closing activities,
including charging the Business Areas/Business Lines, in a timely, accurate
mannerPrepare for monthly financial
reviews with assigned Support Function cost center owners and Department HeadsPrepare budgets and monthly
forecasts for the assigned Support FunctionsEnsure compliance with Company
policies and relevant Accounting standardsParticipate in special ad hoc
assignments and projectsThe position will be accountable for and measured in terms of:Quality and timeliness of analyticsReporting and Forecast accuracyCustomer orientation and
responsiveness Financial performance of assigned
Support FunctionsKnowledge/Skills, Education and Experience:High energy level with a hands-on
