Description
The Contingent Labor Center of Excellence ('CoE') Professional has ownership of value tracking and measuring the impact of Humana's Enterprise Contingent Labor Program. Areas of focus will include the creation of reporting, dashboards, metrics, and surveys to highlight actionable insights that drive continuous improvement. This role will work with key stakeholders to align metrics with customer needs, ensuring what is being measured matters to the customer. Additionally, the Contingent Labor CoE Professional will play a key role in evaluating the introduction of innovative labor models and industry best practices to help advance Humana's strategy. The Contingent Labor CoE Professional will report directly to the Associate Director of Contingent Labor in Enterprise Category Management.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Partners with Enterprise Contingent Labor Program to evaluate industry and best-in class performance metrics; working cross-functionally to implement and operationalize the metrics
Plays integral role in establishing Enterprise Contingent Labor Program supplier scorecards, presenting findings to stakeholders
Works with teammates across the department to identify operational areas of improvement, structuring metrics to drive continuous improvement
Plays key role in evaluating introduction of labor models (e.g. gig workers, temp-to-perm training development programs, independent contractors, Talent Communities, etc.)
Drives inclusion and diversity in the Enterprise Contingent Labor Program, ensuring supply base makeup consists of small and diverse agencies
Develops deep understanding of Enterprise Contingent Labor Program, including SAP Fieldglass, strategic vendor partner relationships, and current processes
Leverage outside perspectives to identify best in class opportunities that can be applied to the Enterprise Contingent Labor Program
Creates dashboards that are easily accessible and customizable
Delivers results when faced with ambiguity & roadblocks
Ability to use data and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders to take action
Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering and/or related field
Healthcare or managed care experience
Experience with data extraction and analysis technologies such as SAS, SPSS, QlikView, Hadoop, SQL or similar tools
Experience with reporting and creating metrics for management
Experience with data mining, predictive modeling techniques and using data to drive business outcomes and decisions

Role Essentials
3 years of experience in a technical or analytics role
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or a business related field
Strong financial and business acumen required
Proven ability to speak with and work across all levels of the business
Excellent communication skills, relationship-building, and presentation skills at the executive and associate level
Proven ability to speak with, influence, and work across all levels of the business
Must be able to work successfully in a team environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously in a timely and professional manner; ability to transfer lessons learned into new processes; flexibility in job focus
Strong experience in Microsoft products (i.e. Word, Excel, Access, Visio, Powerpoint, etc.)
Experience with Vendor Management Systems (e.g. Beeline, Fieldglass) is preferred
Ability to assimilate, analyze, draw conclusions, and make recommendations from multi-faceted data points
Motivated self-starter with the ability to work with minimal oversight
