Position Summary:

Responsible for processing invoices for payment for expense items which will not be resold. Monitor recurring and prepaid invoices. Role model and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of others.

Essential Job Functions:

* Provide high quality of customer service to all internal and external Kroger customers * Maintain a line of communication with department leadership and management on the overall status of the assigned duties * Evaluate system/process for improvements/enhancements * Preform research and vendor correspondence in accordance with company policies and procedures * Assist manager with leading all areas of Expense Payable Department and providing continuous support to daily functions *Handle any reasonable request made either by vendors, controllers, coordinators, specialist or managers as promptly and proficiently as possible * Provide training as necessary * Provide adequate and accurate balance sheet detail related to for each period closings * Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
