Technology Solutions Specialist for our Los Angeles office. This position will assist the Technology Solutions team by supporting the Firm’s new legal technology and knowledge projects. Working in collaboration with the Technology Solutions Team, this person is technical, customer-centric, enjoys problem solving and is a quick learner with exceptional communication skills.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct new hire and roll-out training sessions via classroom or distance learning on Firm applications.
Conduct continuous training outreach to share critical information regarding efficiencies, best practices, training tips and techniques.
Collaborate across departments to create instructional programs and training curriculums reflective of the needs of legal personnel.
Develop compelling training methods to drive engagement such as gamification or other interactive and dynamic programs.
Monitor usage metrics to assess user engagement and learning outcomes.
Participate in the rollout of new or upgraded technology, communicating with pilot groups, aligning design and configuration with best practices and user feedback.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and research of incidents and problems, working with the user if coaching is needed.
Market internal offerings and establish a regular communication cadence to help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
Create promotional learning campaigns and continue to build a centralized library of on-demand learning resources to drive learner engagement.
Seek and identify opportunities to enhance the clients experience with the Firm’s technology.
Proactively stays informed of current trends in training, technology, emerging and competitive Legal software technology, and educational delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 3 years experience with designing, developing, and delivering classroom training in a legal environment
Strong technical skills and expertise with Microsoft 365, Document Management Systems (iManage Work 10), Power PDF, Docusign, Litera Desktop, DocX Tools, Forte, RingCentral, and Zoom
Excellent oral and written communication skills
