As a Transaction Manager, you will be a key contributor as we launch a rapid growth initiative towards our mission of creating a tech-forward property management company that will change the industry as we know it today. What you'll be doing:

Manage transaction processes from pitch through takeover, and everything in between.

Support growth by working closely with marketing to prepare property-specific collateral (RFP, pitch deck, etc.).

Aggregate company specific assumptions and mental models for underwriting and assessing the profitability of property management contracts.

Manage technical, logistical, and administrative pieces to all pitch calls, such as sending out deliverables, setting up zoom meetings, ensuring connectivity, etc. resulting in smooth and successful pitches.

Manage property takeovers and due diligence for our entire portfolio across Texas and Florida. This includes, but is not limited to, coordinating and gathering together teams for on-site execution, ensuring hardware/software and all other systems are set up and functioning properly, consolidating progress and completed reports and ensuring they are sent to owners timely and in a professional format.

Manage the transition and integration processes across all departments - (e.g.., working with IT to ensure all hardware and software is up and running, partnering with operations to push hiring to the finish line, and working with procurement to seamlessly transfer all contracts).

What you must have:

5 years experience in project management/transactions or relevant property management/real estate experience

Long-term focused individual who desires to work in a fast-paced, growing organization that seeks to revolutionize property management through technology

Strong organizational skills

Bachelor’s degree from 4-year accredited university required.
