Accounting Administrator - Transportation

Job Description: This position is part of the Transportation Freight Payables team. Responsibilities include timely audit of freight invoices processing of carrier freight invoices special invoice processing accessorial OS&D carrier re-bills reporting of specific freight payable issues to management providing customer service to carriers payment resolution assist in reconciliation of weekly BU freight expenses and producing recurring reports.

Other duties include ad hoc reporting and answering inquiries about freight-related issues and other duties or responsibilities as assigned. Work activities are variable and require judgement and appropriately setting priorities to complete tasks.

Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 3 plus years of experience in a relevant area.

Computer Skills: Standard computer skills including Microsoft Office products Outlook and Excel . SAP experience is a plus.

Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills.

Specific Position Requirements: Good organizational and problem recognition skills must be detail oriented must be able to multi-task and have the ability to work both independently and as a member of a group.
