Enterprise Finance drives financial management for the company and maintains and enhances risk and financial controls. Key functions within Enterprise Finance include finance and accounting; Treasury; corporate development, mergers, and acquisitions; Data Management and Insights, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence, Enterprise Shared Services, Business Process Management, and Corporate Strategy. Enterprise Finance informs shareholders, regulators, taxing authorities, team members, and leaders of the company’s financial performance through earnings releases, investor meetings and conferences, and meetings with regulators and credit rating agencies, following appropriate reporting guidelines. They also maintain and enhance risk and financial controls and lead many of the company’s shared services functions including corporate properties, security, and global services.

The Corporate Finance Group reports to the CFO and manages the Enterprise Forecasting as well as the Enterprise Planning and Analysis (FP&A) functions. Specifically, the Revenue Center of Excellence works in partnership with the Business Support Finance Group, Treasury and Corporate Credit to forecast the Balance Sheet of Wells Fargo for Stress Testing (CCAR), Resolution Planning, FP&A Forecast, and Interest Rate Risk Reporting.
The QRM Support Team in the Revenue team is seeking a Treasury Finance Senior Consultant to support the Balance Sheet Forecasting for Interest Rate Reporting and Legal entity forecasting.
Specific responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Perform a wide range of complex analysis related to balance sheet risk, particularly interest rate risk and stress testing
Validating model results and conduct interest rate risk analyses on individual business units or products and communicating impacts
Coordinate review of Legal entity forecasting within the Revenue COE
Assist in QRM testing and Libor Transition Forecasting efforts
Build deep understanding of dynamics and assumptions related to model assumptions, including management judgment, and other drivers used to build deposit projections
Coordinate research and reconciliation efforts among internal partner’s lines of business and corporate areas
Directing improvements to asset-liability management models and overseeing testing and implementations of recommended changes

The successful candidate will possess:
Demonstrated strong analytical skills and attention to detail
She/he will be able to work independently, be highly organized, able to prioritized multiple tasks, and take on new challenges
A strong track record of problem solving, attention to detail, critical thinking with willingness to engage in continuous process improvement
Required Qualifications:
6 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: finance, accounting, analytics and reporting; or a BS/BA degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business and 4 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: finance, accounting, analytics or reporting
Desired Qualifications:
A BS/BA degree or higher in one or a combination of the following: Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Reporting
Ability to successfully operate in a complex and matrixed environment
An active Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Knowledge and understanding of financial analysis, forecasting and analyzing interest income and balance sheet behavior
Essbase and/or SmartView experience
Knowledge and understanding of asset liability or liquidity management software, especially QRM
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
