Job Description SUMMARY

Responsible for general oversight of Accounts Payable (AP) functions and performs daily AP-related tasks.  Coordinates with various departments, employees, and vendors on a variety of issues and topics such as billings, purchase orders, and payments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Process vendor invoices.

Apply Customer Payments/cash receipts.

Audit expense reports.

Prepare weekly check/electronic disbursements to vendors.

Review and process intercompany invoices and payments.

Report monthly AP balances.

Maintain entry of new vendors and/or new jobs within JDE.

Maintain organization of all AP documents and related information.

ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES/BEHAVIORS

Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information.

Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate with excellent written, verbal, presentation and listening skills.

Shows evidence of good organizational skills.

Must demonstrate ability to work in a team environment and willingness to assume additional or new responsibilities readily.

Demonstrate commitment to compliance with applicable laws and regulations, the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and other Company policies and procedures.

Qualifications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or equivalent required.  Bachelor’s degree preferred.

2 – 5 years of related work experience

JD Edwards knowledge a plus

Knowledge of the French language and/or experience with Canadian payables is a plus
