Job Summary
The Business Analyst will be responsible for leading recommendations around business process changes for the Comcast Procure to Pay (P2P) organization using insights from data analysis and process evaluation. The Business Analyst will work with key cross-functional groups to assess, develop, test and implement business change to drive operational efficiencies for the processes and systems supporting Comcast's financial transactions. Passion for operational efficiencies and monetary outcomes are a must for this role.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Identifies issues, analyzes available data and information and recommends changes to management.
Creates and maintains multiple operational reporting tools.
Provides analytical support of actual results against budget and feasibility of proposed business strategies.
Consolidates data reports and delivers to help drive data-based strategic decision making.
Provides analysis prior to and following any recommended changes.
Creates and maintains compliance reports that identify discrepancies within the Company's billing systems.
Ensures accuracy of data through partnerships with team members. Provides day-to-day validation and spot checks.
May prepare reports to be used by other departments to correct billing issues.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Additional Information
Must be a good communicator, able to lead conversations and act as a bridge between business and technical teams
Good note taker, able to document key meeting notes
Passion for problem solving; ability to think outside of box solutions
Perform traditional business analyst activities such as business requirement gathering, project management and continuous improvement
Love numbers, ability to extract insight from a big set of numbers
Base SQL skill is preferred but not required
Familiarity with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is preferred but not required

Bachelor's Degree
