Humana is currently seeking a Sales Compensation Professional.
Responsibilities
The Sales Compensation Professional performs ongoing administration of calculating and paying sales commissions. The typical responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
interacts with sales employees to resolve any issues or explain sales payment details.
understands own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies and operating standards.
prepare monthly statements to include balance sheets, payroll statements, and profit/loss statements
coordinates with software vendor to maintain software systems
responds to information requests and assist with audits
Required Qualifications
Must live within an hour of Wilmington NC or willing to relocate
1 year of experience of technical/Admin work
proficient in Microsoft Office with strong experience in Excel
must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
dedication to accuracy and strong attention to detail
ability to work in a deadline-driven organization
exceptional written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
1 years of experience in accounting, finance, and/or compensation
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fields
