Winston & Strawn’s New York office is looking for a junior associate to join the tax group. Experience or familiarity with mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, and financing transactions is useful. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, excellent written and oral communications skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a tam. Major law firm experience is preferred, but not required. All candidates must be admitted to practice in New York.
