Job Summary
Responsible for providing subject matter expertise in the absence of a supervisor. Assists with onboarding and training of new employees as well as cross training efforts for existing employees. Manages the delegation of escalations and establish ownership as main points of contact. Also will be the main point of contact for our internal accounts receivable, government and e-rate departments within the finance organization. Supports the billing execution queue as well as work with the division finance approvers to resolve for overdue credits approvals and driving a better customer experience.

Core Responsibilities
Research and resolve the highest corporate level and most complex escalated customer disputes both internal and external. Act as primary point of contact for senior leadership when responding to highly escalated or high profile customers from various sources including corporate office.
Ensure quality and accuracy of invoices, all credit and approval requests, customer communication and the overall management of quality assurance in regards to the billing team.
Utilize knowledge of key finance and billing operational control concepts to rapidly improve the overall customer experience, by analyzing, standardizing and streamlining business processes and internal billing controls.
Serve as subject matter expert on strategic account calls and maintain ownership and drive to complete resolution in a professional and concise manner. Perform research on multi-site large-scale strategic accounts.
Act as a team lead and subject matter expert for junior level billing representatives.
Serve as a mentor for less experienced billing representatives.
Professionally interact and engage multiple operational groups across the company and outside clients.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Pay Range: $21.34 - $32.01
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
