Job Details:

This Corporate Accounting position in the Payroll area assists in processing company payroll safeguarding confidential data and providing a high level of customer service to all TEAM Members within the company.

Responsibilities include: Activities and duties will include assisting with the distribution of workload including direct deposit emails, W4, Deductions and other inquiries to the proper personnel; assisting with team calls and meetings; ensuring Team Members acquire necessary skills and performance attributes in line with business and personal development needs; identifying process improvement initiatives and defining standards for new processes; cover as back-up role for vacation and or high-volume work efforts; approve and release manual off-cycle payments; assist with quality control measures; ad-hoc reporting; communicating with internal personnel and external resources; assisting with audit inquiries from both internal and external sources; assisting with Payroll related controls reviews and processing; assisting TEAM Members with various inquires related to payroll electronic pay deductions taxes and W-2 calls; and other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: High School diploma or the equivalent is preferred, but not required .

Experience: 3 plus years of SAP experience preferred.

Computer Skills: Working knowledge of SAP and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel Word and Outlook is required. Microsoft Access and PowerPoint skills are preferred, but not required. Strong EXCEL experience needed as spreadsheets and formulas

are used to generate reports accruals ,JE s payments, and or analyze data.

Communication Skills: Strong written presentation and verbal communications skills required. Direct one-on-one communications with Team Members, all levels of Management, outside vendors and various governmental agencies will be required.

Special skills: Ability to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, research issues and interact with TEAM Members at all levels.

Supervisory: Assist manager with 6 co-workers who are management support positions.
