Building on the development colleagues receive in the role they are hired into; the Launch program is a supplemental development program for recent college recruits to mentor and develop future leaders of the firm. This 10-month development program begins every summer and includes in-person sessions, networking opportunities, self-study and global leader calls.   What the day will look like  Job Responsibilities:Support lead client manager and client team to full lifecycle of client engagements through critical initiatives, leading data analyses by applying Aon’s internal data sources and implementing strategic recommendationsLead analyst team by example to interpret data and deliver in-depth insights, conclusions and recommendations to clients.Support client leaders in assessing client risk appetite, identify unrealized cross sell opportunities, analyze capability gaps and critical success factors. Participate in interviews with clients and Aon colleaguesPresent observations optimally through the preparation of charts, graphs and other visual elements.Able to travel, typically less than 10%. You Bring Knowledge and Expertise General Skills:Ability to perform well on multiple workstreams, and time critical goals.
