The Billing Representative is responsible for editing and updating patient profiles. Billing Representative performs varied activities including addressing billing issues for all customer accounts. Performs computations. Typically works on semi-routine assignments. Assist in the preparation of monthly customer invoices. We are excited to have you join the Enclara team, a Humana company.

Responsibilities

The Billing Representative reviews and reconciles monthly census for hospice. Assist in the preparation of monthly customer invoices. Address various billing issues with Hospice accounts. Decisions are typically focus on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments. Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction. Follows standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion.

Required Qualifications

1 - 2 years customer service/professional work experience

Strong attention to detail

Strong communication skills

Basic proficiency with Excel

MS Office tools experience

Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers, solve problems

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Finance or accounting experience

Bachelor's Degree

Additional Information

Three Pkwy, Philly, PA, Hybrid Home - must live within a commutable distance to the office location.

Humana COVID Vaccination Policy:
