The VInA2I organization is a multi-disciplinary team focused on applying advances in Voice Analytics, Conversational AI and Ambient sensing across multiple customer segments and a broad set of use cases spanning end customer innovation at the home to backend systems supporting our associates, care teams and providers. Reporting to the VP - Voice Innovation & Ambient AI, as the Project Administrator, you will be responsible for organizing and executing our projects. This task involves monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, capturing concise minutes and ensuring that action items are met.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional skills in the use of Office365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft project), process tools such as Visio as well as experience working in an agile manner.
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules and budgets.
Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
Providing administrative support as needed.
Undertaking project tasks as required.
Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Three years' experience in a related field
Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Demonstrable competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
Ability to work on tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing medium to large size projects
Advanced Excel abilities such as pivot tables, macros, graphs and charts
Experience managing budgets
