Profile

Cox, Castle & Nicholson, a prominent California law firm with offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Orange County, is seeking a Billing Coordinator for our Los Angeles Office. This individual will be responsible for processing billing invoices, submitting invoices to various e-billing systems, uploading time and cost batches, assisting with monthly closing tasks, preparing and/or assisting with analyses and reporting as well as various other projects/assignments as needed.

Our ideal candidate would have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred, and two to four years prior experience working in an accounting department of a professional services firm. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to work productively under pressure, collaborate with team members, multi-task and prioritize work assignments in order to meet deadlines. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel required, Outlook, Word, and Elite a plus.
