We’re looking for an autonomous self-starter with outstanding organizational and program management skills - a strategic thinker who’s also a natural collaborator. As a Client Account Manager (CAM) at Deloitte, you’ll work with senior leaders in our firm on the top accounts in the Audit practice – helping the Account Teams build relationships, win projects and manage work. You’ll oversee all account operations and strategic activities – keeping our practitioners “armed” and in front of the client while ensuring “back office” operations run smoothly. You’ll also intimately work with account leadership to deliver and support Advisory, Consulting and Tax business priorities to bring the best of each business to our client. You’ll share what other account teams are doing and help to innovate new approaches. You will be the important link between the larger firm, the account team, and the client.

The team

This CAM will serve our audit accounts in Financial Services. CAMs help build and execute client service strategies, optimize internal support, and increase efficiencies to enable our account teams to provide the best Deloitte Client Experience.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree
Demonstrated account management or audit experience
Minimum 5 to 7 years work experience
Strong organizational skills
Strong project management skills
Ability to adapt to a changing environment
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite – strong PowerPoint and Excel skills critical
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience mentoring/counseling others
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred
Experience working in a professional services firm
