JOB DESCRIPTION
Cintas is seeking a Payroll Lead for the HRIS team. The HRIS Payroll Lead is responsible for leading a group of internal and external SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Payroll Business Analysts and Workforce Software Business Analysts. This role will partner with the payroll and HR business leads to ensure that all projects, enhancements, and incidents are properly prioritized, documented, designed, tested and implemented ensuring the highest level of quality. This position supports one or more highly complex business processes, requiring the design or integration of solutions that may cross multiple functions of the business. The HRIS Payroll Lead ensures solution design approach by all team members is in alignment with Cintas standard approach. Ensure solution designs result in sustainable processes necessary to support high quality weekly payroll in US and Canada.
This position's responsibilities include managing and developing the HRIS Payroll Business Analysts. This responsibility requires working with resources both internal to Cintas and with Cintas vendors including software providers to ensure usability, availability, and legal compliance with all HRIS changes.
The HRIS Payroll Lead is responsible for coordinating SAP SuccessFactors Payroll and WorkForce Software maintenance releases. Assists with resolution of issues, ensuring data integrity and driving improvement opportunities. Ensures that the SAP SuccessFactors Payroll and WorkForce Software systems meets the business needs by providing internal consulting support and collaborating with external vendors. A successful candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment with aggressive timelines.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
*High school diploma *Minimum of 3 years of experience providing technical and functional leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members with proven success. *Minimum of 3 years of experience leading projects and/or managing tasks and deadlines for a functional team.
Preferred:
*Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field is preferred. *Experience with SAP Payroll, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), or other HR cloud payroll solution is preferred. *Strong consulting and communication skills to provide recommendations and options to meet business needs. *Must be able to see the big picture to create solutions yet drill down to manage the detail. *Requires project management skills to define project schedules and lead others to meet key milestones and dates. *Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. *Strong organizational and communication skills with both technical and business resources. *Ability to lead with influence and assist team members with decision making and conflict resolution.
