Job Summary:

The Accounting & Treasury Analyst with conjunction with the Treasury Director are responsible for a wide range of banking, cash management and accounts payable functions. The treasury team are responsible for the daily cash activity, cash forecasting and working capital management for all entities under direct ownership, third party management, as well as the corporate and investing entities.

Accounting & Treasury Analyst assist the Treasury Director, as well as the other accounting teams with distributions to investors and third party owners, payments to vendors and financial institutions.

The treasury team furthermore supports the acquisitions and dispositions teams with different banking requests by financial and regulatory institutions and an outside auditors.

Accounting & Treasury Analyst is also responsible with the creation, the implementation and maintenance of risk management strategies, policies and procedures around the distribution of cash and works closely with other teams towards the optimum cash maintenance.

Accounting & Treasury Analyst is assist with reach and reconciliations of vendor requests.

Furthermore the treasury analyst a backup for the corporate and the fund accounting position.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations Treasury Related Functions.

Prepare Wires, ACH’s & Transfers.

Prepare Cash Journal Entries.

Assist Property Accounting, Corporate and Fund accounting teams with the bank reconciliations.

Assist the Treasury manager with the communication between ResProp/Investres and the bank representatives.

Assist in the preparation of the Cash Reports.

Prepare and Account for all banking information for all Owned and 3PM Investors for distributions.

Review individual bank accounts to rollup cash to the Funds.

Print Checks to vendors, former residents, investors and property owners.

Review and clear the Positive Pay.

Uploads NACHA files for weekly vendor payouts.

Stop Payments on Checks.

Assist with any other AP and (or) payment related inquiries.

Prepare Schedule and Post Monthly Reimbursements

Process and Prepare all Asset Management Fees Monthly for JV Properties

Create Monthly Invoicing on the properties for anything due to ResProp Mgmt.
