\u003cp\u003eWe are currently seeking an Analyst for our Investment Banking team within the Capital Markets and Investment Banking division at Mesirow Financial. The Analyst will work with advisory teams across all industry verticals on M\u0026amp;A, capital raise and other strategic advisory assignments.\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cli\u003ePerform financial modeling and company valuation analysis including leveraged buyout, discounted cash flow, comparable public company and precedent transaction analyses.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eComplete ad-hoc financial and operating analyses on behalf of clients\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDrafting presentations and information memoranda\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePerform in-depth company and industry research\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eSupport senior bankers and clients throughout advisory engagements\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eActively contribute as a member of Mesirow\u0026rsquo;s advisory team which will include participation in various client-facing roles\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAssist with firm marketing efforts across Mesirow\u0026rsquo;s industry verticals\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cli\u003eMinimum 1-2 years of experience in Investment Banking, Audit or Transaction Advisory.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eBachelor\u0026rsquo;s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Finance, Accounting, Economics)\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eStrong analytical capabilities including financial statement analysis, financial accounting and company valuation\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDemonstrated proficiency with business writing\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAbility to complete multiple project-oriented tasks effectively and in a timely manner with exceptional attention to detail.\u003c/li\u003e
