An exceptionally unusual vacancy in our Accounts team.
Field Seymour Parkes are based in Reading Town Centre and are currently looking for a full time Legal Accounts Manager to assist in the day to day running of the Accounts Department, reporting to the Head of Accounts. Experience of working in a law firm highly desirable, with proficient IT skills i.e. Excel and Legal Accounting Software. You should be able to work independently and have a high degree of flexibility and the ability to work under pressure and contribute to continuous improvement within the department.
Responsibilities will include:
Daily bank reconciliations
Posting of payments, CHAPS/receipts
Processing of Invoices
Maintaining ledgers
General accounts duties as may be required
Ensuring compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules
