Technology Solutions. Responsible for following procedures around the generation, distribution and collection of invoicing for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Technology Solutions. Validates that contracted rates are being applied correctly to invoicing and provides variance explanation against financial benchmarks (budget, forecast, month to month). Reports on these metrics to financial management and product leaders across the assigned billing platform(s).
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Interprets billing / accounting data, analyzes reports and recommends action to be taken.
Support all billing platforms across the business.
Onboard new customers into the Aria billing system.
Generate and send out customer invoices on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Research billing disputes and make corrections as necessary.
Respond to internal and external customer requests in regards to billing and reporting.
Ensure billing rates are accurate in billing system and update rates as necessary.
Prepares billing reports and analyzes data for management review.
Provide billing reports and analysis to the Finance Team for revenue budgeting and forecasting.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Pay Range: $49,368.50 - $74,052.75
