It’s an environment which encourages you to achieve your best - together we’ll empower results.  Responsibilities:  The Finance Analyst is responsible for the following activities to support the Senior Manager and CFO in the delivery of the Aon Finance strategy:Manage credit control positions for the respective lines of business of the company and advise business stakeholders with respect to key insights on the positions held and any relevant actions required.  Supporting the delivery of working capital improvements across the business line through working closely with the debtor champion and finance leader to communicate with business stakeholders to ensure maximising collections; take actions to ensure improvements with respect to DSO monitor ongoing status.Supporting the investigation and follow up of unallocated cash which will involve working with the Treasury team, business stakeholders and timely matching the unallocated cash.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required due to the requirement to support and build strong networks with insurers to aid the reconciliation of trade balances, manage intercompany relationships and business stakeholders. Work closely with the FP&A team with respect to providing key inputs into the working capital annual budgets and monthly forecast submissions.Continuously strive for process and efficiency improvement, including standardization of Finance operating activities and drive high standard of teamworkSupport regional and/or country operation projects and initiatives such as digitalisation of the cash management processes as part of wider end to end process improvements with business stakeholders (such as ABS operating model)Additionally: Is able to work effectively with finance colleagues and support business colleagues through acting as a finance business partner to support operation and business growth.Understand and comply with regulatory requirementsWork effectively with internal and external auditors to meet their requirementsMaintain personal and professional developmentResponsible for working in accordance with the Aon Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.  Requirements:  High Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance or related disciplinePreference given to candidates who are working towards completing a CPA or ACCA qualification.Min. 2 years of accountant experience and preferably in insurance industry.Attention to detail and inquisitive mindsetPrepared to seek resolution to queries and issues and is comfortable working across disciplines and to tight deadlinesAdvanced Microsoft Excel and database experience How to ApplyYour opportunity to empower results could start right here.
