Job Overview
Our client based in Kilkenny City are currently seeking to recruit an accounts assistant to join their team.
Main duties to include.
Processing a high volume of supplier invoices
Assist in the monthly reconciliation of creditors ledger to supplier statements.
Identify & resolve any issues with supplier invoices
Preparing Lodgements
Looking after the Debtors ledger, issuing statements, reconciling monthly
Assisting in processing of information for payroll
Providing ad hoc support to accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as required
Skills and Qualifications:
Accounts experience essential with accounting qualifications an advantage
Strong attention to detail,
Excellent communication skills
Work on own initiative to a high standard and relishes working within a small team
Strong Excel skills with Sage 50/Sage Micropay an advantage
Administrative tasks and duties inclusive of day to day and ad hoc tasks
