Payroll Administrator
Broken Arrow, OK
Job Responsibilities:
Processing payroll for 1,000 employees weekly
Multi-State payroll
Maintain new hire and/or termination paperwork
Assist in benefits administration
Communicate with employees regarding payroll questions
Communicating with managers to ensure accurate timesheets and employee information
Distributing pay
Assisting employees with the payroll system employee mobile app
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or 3 years of experience in accounting and/or payroll
2 years of payroll processing experience
Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
Effective organization skills, multi-tasking, ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and possess efficient time management abilities to complete tasks. Ability to manage deadlines and stay on top of delegated duties.
Self-motivated, integrity, high attention to detail, ability to deal with colleagues’ different personalities. Good communication and great interpersonal skills.
Conflict resolution skills to effectively communicate with unhappy or emotional customers.
Strong Math Skills. High attentiveness to detail and multi-tasking ability
Savvy research skills and filling
