The **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Business Intelligence Team is growing! We are hiring multiple Associate Business Intelligence Analysts in our Center of Excellence in Pune, India. We are looking for individuals with growth potential who have a passion for data to fill these entry level positions. These individuals will be groomed to maintain and enhance the data sets, data flows, cards and dashboards in our business intelligence reporting tool (currently Domo).
Desired Skills
Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred that the degree be in business, management, accounting, economics, statistics, information science or similar field.
Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Solid knowledge of SQL
Can perform SELECT and CASE statements
Knows how to use WHERE and ORDER BY clauses
Understands the difference between inner join and outer join
Understands database structure
Objects, tables, records, and keys
Understands concepts of ETL (extract, transform, load)
Knowledge of these systems is a plus (but not a requirement):
Business Intelligence Visualization Tool (eg. Domo, Tableau, Looker)
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) (eg. Salesforce)
Ticketing System (eg. Zendesk, Jira)
Documentation (eg. Confluence)
Good communicator, both verbal and written
Good problem solver, knows how to break down an issue into components
Good documentation skills
Energetic, enthusiastic, strong desire to learn
Can follow instructions
Can work independently (will need to with the time zone difference)
Can multitask
Understands the importance of quality over quantity (or speed)
