You will work closely with the FPu0026amp;A and technical accounting teams to support accounting management on financial reports. This position reports directly to the General Ledger Manager.u003c/pu003enu003cpu003eu003cstrongu003eWHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVEu003c/strongu003eu003c/pu003enu003culu003enu003cliu003ePerform accounting close activities, including monthly journal entries such as prepaid expense, accruals, loan amortization, benefits and allocations.u003c/liu003enu003c/ulu003enu003culu003enu003cliu003eMaintain Fixed Asset System including acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation entries.u003c/liu003enu003c/ulu003enu003culu003enu003cliu003eManage fixed asset and depreciation rollforward for quarterly reviews and annual audits. Handle all audit inquiries related to fixed assets.u003c/liu003enu003c/ulu003enu003culu003enu003cliu003eReview lease agreements, set up new lease schedules, entering lease modifications, recording lease terminations and closing out leases.
