Our 50,000 colleagues in 120 countries empower results for clients by using proprietary data and analytics to deliver insights that reduce volatility and improve performance. Aon Japan provides the risk solution services to help its clients, mainly Japanese global companies and multi-national companies based in Japan, to manage their risks Specialty Division has dedicated team of serving various insurance lines of business including Property & Engineering, Liability (including Financial Lines), Marine, Transaction Liability, Credit, Crisis Management and AGRC (Aon Global Risk Consulting).Our specialists proactively assist our sales and servicing units by providing highly qualified risk services to promote new business or to retain/expand the existing accounts in order to meet or exceed the company’s financial goals. These services include insurance policy analysis, innovative insurance program design, risk engineering, Total Cost of Risk analysis and various risk advisory services. At Aon, you’ll be part of a team which will support and inspire you and provide the opportunities and resources to develop your skills. It’s an environment which encourages you to achieve your best - together we’ll empower results.   Responsibilities:      • Determine client requirements and deliver bespoke risk solution plan.    • Assess current insurance or alternative risk transferring program.    • Work with colleagues in the Aon Credit Solution network to deliver expert program design.    • Negotiate best in class wording, pricing and services on each placement with insurers.    • Educate with the company’s sales and client servicing colleagues about insurance program review and risk assessment.    • Assist key existing and prospective clients by providing insights and advice on structuring insurance programs.    • Report to the team leader who then report to head of the Specialty Division.    • Catch up the latest insurance market, products and risk solution knowledge in a timely manner.   Requirements  5 years experiences in Credit insurance or Commercial Bank industry is preferable but not a must.Business level English (speaking, listening and writing)Strong time management skills and proven experience working in a high　pressure professional environmentStrong work ethic and ability to work in team environmentEngaging and enthusiastic personal styleAbility to meet the responsibilities aboveBusiness travel capability within Japan and overseas including long period How to ApplyYour opportunity to empower results could start right here.
