Were involved in seamlessly processing invoices and expense reports for approval, matching reports to verify proper payment, as well as researching any unpaid or incorrectly paid invoices. We also create and maintain a host of records, not to mention, control reports along the way.

**What youll achieve**
As a Senior Accounting Specialist your main responsibility will be to sort, date, code and enter incoming documents into the accounts payable system to ensure payment processing are done accurately and on timely basis to the schedule payment dates.
**You will:**
Ensure all payment processing tasks are compliance and aligned with internal & external audit control expectation such as SOX, PWC etc.
Drive KPI payment metric against goal such as STP
Demonstrates ability to work independently with Partner bank, IT team for closure whenever encountered any payment related issue
Embrace Thinking Out of Box in driving process simplification projects as part of on-going process improvement and organization initiatives to meet business goals
Able to liaise and collaborate with internal and external customers on any payment queries.
Demonstrates good controllership and adherence to AP policies
Good working knowledge in process and systems, and good communication to work with global business partners

**Essential Requirements**
Possessed tertiary degree in finance, accounting, business studies or professional degree in accounting.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in accounting field or MNC environment.
Hands on experience in computer accounting systems, Excel and PowerPoint will be of added advantage.
Excellent analytical skills and able to work under pressure to support cross functional departments.
Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel and Word)
**Desirable Requirements**
Knowledge in Trax, Citidirect & Oracle R12 will be added advantage
Possessed good communication skills
