Aon Is Looking For A Senior Analyst, Client SolutionsAs part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by providing innovative and effective solutions across business units.Your Impact As A Senior Analyst, Client SolutionsJob Responsibilities:You will be a member of the Client Solutions team which provides data and analytics to support colleagues throughout all stages of the client lifecycle, focusing on Acquisition, Service Optimization, and Retention. The Client Solutions team is a part of the Aon Centre for Innovation and Analytics, Singapore. (“ACIA Singapore”), although this person will join a growing team based in Chicago, IL. Aon offers a smart-working environment, so a hybrid or virtual work arrangement is an option.The three main solutions provided by the team are:Global Client Profitability (“GCP”)Local Market Planning (“LMP”)PricingGCP assists our global leaders to better lead their businesses by providing insights into the profitability of our client base. These insights have allowed Aon to implement specific target operating models at both the global and regional level to ensure we are servicing our clients efficiently and effectively as well as helping to resolve whether we are providing products and services that they value. The LMP Program helps our colleagues identify revenue growth opportunities that will have a positive impact to both the top and bottom line. The Pricing program uses data and analytics to ensure Aon is fairly remunerated for the value we provide to Commercial Risk and Health clients.These solutions are available to countries throughout the geographies in which Aon operates. A team member will have the opportunity to meet and interact with other Aon leaders and colleagues around the globe.Responsibilities include:Project Manager for a number of countries in which GCP, LMP, and/or Pricing have been released. The successful partner will support the Associate Director in projects for the Americas, as well as partner with senior team members in other countries to advise on model setup, identify, and take on potential issues as well as provide insights from the analytics of the output.Be seen as a strategic advisor to the countries on our program, providing advice on standard methodology and being able to foresee issues and challenges that can then be mitigated. Each country is unique and will require the right person to solve specific problems. This will result in improved analytics, often on an ad-hoc basis.Present results to senior collaborators in the country as well as global management teams.Identify insights (key trends and opportunities) which can be used to drive sensible decision making. Deliver these insights to expert team members using a variety of reporting toolsFacilitate requirements gathering sessions to elicit country specific requests and support the process when changes and/or improvements are made.This role gives the perfect candidate an outstanding opportunity to be part of a global strategic project which is supported by senior management.You Bring Knowledge and ExpertiseStrong project management skillsAbility to communicate and present to senior team members.
