Profile

Addison Group is seeking an Accounting Assistant for a contract-to-hire opportunity with our client based in San Antonio, Texas. Please reach out to us today to discuss this opportunity!
Responsibilities:
Responsible for scanning invoices
Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts in the general ledger
Cash management responsibilities
Answer and route incoming calls
Manage office supply inventory
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Accounting Assistant is highly preferred, but not required
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
Knowledge in accounts payable
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
