Tax Associate with 2 to 4 years of federal tax experience. Experience with tax issues related to M&A, joint ventures, dispositions, financing, reorganization, restructuring, partnership transactions and private equity transactions preferred. U.S. federal tax experience is required. International tax experience is considered a plus. Must possess an outstanding academic record (with a JD from an ABA accredited law school), along with excellent writing and analytical skills. Office location is flexible. Ideally, qualified candidates can be resident in our Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, New York, Atlanta or Chicago offices.
