Job Description:
Purpose & Accountabilities:
Responsible for the efficient and effective management of the accounts receivable process, ensuring that proactive and reactive credit controls are taking place.
Prepares and sends Statement of Account on a weekly basis to each customer with the complete information requested by the customers to facilitate the payment processing of invoices.
Reconciles open line items on receivables
Actively involved in the dispute resolution process, making sure received disputed items from the customers are raised in CRM, keeping track of this until resolution
Coordinate with the Cash Application Team for the posting and allocation of customer payments
Recommends open line items for provision when debts are considered doubtful
Communicates constantly with the Account Managers for status of customer accounts providing inputs and proactively escalates to minimize risk on customers having financial difficulties.

Qualifications:
Degree in Accounting or any related Finance/Business course
1 – 2 years of relevant work experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proactive, resourceful and persistent
