Good day,
My name is Joseph Emmanuel Emefiele. I run an ecommerce store ([login to view URL]). Most of my customers are in the USA. Since the Covid-19 pandemic, most of my customers have cancelled their orders due to delays in shipment and delivery of their orders. And this has adversely affected my business. As a result of this, i have been forced to apply for the FNB Covid-19 cash-flow relief loan. For this reason, the bank requires that I submit a letter from an accountant stating this.
