Entry Level Accounting Manager - USTA - Billie Jean King National Tennis CenterrnrnIDEAL OPPORTUNITY FOR RECENT ACCOUNTING OR FINANCE GRADUATErnrnSALARY: $60,000 to $70,000/annualrnrnDetailed Responsibilitiesrnrnrn* Maintains accurate and efficient filing of financial archive files and datarn* Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors, not-for-profits and Levy team membersrn* Acts as a liaison with the team, including partner's operational team, Levy team and other areas as needed to ensure efficient operational performancern* Ensures required department reports are completed and information is compiled at month-end closing rn* Ensures team members adhere to Levy guidelines as stated in the team member training manual and employee handbookrn* Completes assigned MAP objectives to achieve financial services goalsrn* Manages payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable processrn* Ensures all payroll information is accurate and submitted on a timely basisrn* Ensures all sales reports and financial statements are accurate prior to distributionrn* Clearly communicates financial results to management on a regular basisrn* Provides accurate and targeted financial analysis as requestedrn* Interviews, hires, trains and develops team members according to Levy guidelinesrn* Other duties, as assignedrnrnSkills and Experiencern* 2 years in a Finance/Accounting rolern* Operational experience in food and beverage is preferredrn* Business Degree and/or CPA certification is preferredrn* High level of computer literacyrn* Passion for hospitality, food, and retailrn* Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsrn* Ability to work non-standard hours as dictated by event schedulernrnCurious about Life at Levy?
