Profile

This is a full-fledged dealership accounting position responsible for monthly and year- end financial statements for all 3 stores consolidated in to one statement
In addition processing of bank reconciliations, vehicle inventory control, supervising of office staff plus special projects
Requires minimum of 5 years experience as the office manager or controller for a high volume new car dealership and proficiency with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (G.A.A.P.)
Dealership is on Motility 2000 DMS software and uses ADP for payroll processing
Some reports and schedules are also done using Microsoft Excel
Excellent pay and benefits plus year end bonuses ranging from $1000 to $7500
