· SUMMARY: Person will be responsible for processing and reconciling all payroll related information within the plant and transmitting the information to Corporate Payroll; responsible for filing and maintaining documents per policy and other duties as deemed necessary; must be detail oriented and able to work within a deadline oriented position on a weekly basis; must be self-motivated and able to work independently without constant direct supervision; must be able to spot errors and correct work on a timely basis.
REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Experience: 3 plus years of related experience. Computer Skills: Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office; SAP Payroll experience is preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communications skills; ability to communicate with all levels of Team Members. Special Skills: Good organizational skills interpersonal skills and good problem-solving skills; must work well in a team environment.
