We are currently looking for candidates to fill the following roles:


Project Associate – Accounts Payable
Senior Associate – Payroll Accounting
Analyst – Manage HC Inventory
Analyst – GSR Operations
Analyst – Billing


Accounts Payable

As a Project Associate – Accounts Payable , you will be accountable for processing of invoices in accordance with standard procedures set out in the standard AP Work Instruction as well as in the agreed-upon country specific guidelines. You are also expected to be able to respond to vendors and stakeholders inquiries timely and accurately.

Payroll Accounting

As a Senior Associate – Payroll Accounting , you will be accountable for ensuring account reconciliation is performed each month to verify that the general ledger balances within various companies and claims and receivable accounts are accurate.

Manage Hydrocarbon Inventory

As an Analyst – Manage HC Inventory , you will be accountable for performing and supporting the daily operations of the Inventory teams in one of the sub processes: Contracts & Pricing, Billings & Settlements, Stock Recording & Reconciliation or Stock Valuation. Provide proactive support to end-to-end process issue resolution and deliver assigned activities and drive for operational excellence within the team.

Group Services and Recovery Operations

As an Analyst – GSR Operations , you will be accountable for managing accounts receivable positions and pre-billing/billing. You are also expected to ensure all invoices are entered into the AP ledgers daily and reconcile all AP ledgers daily (including intercompany balances).

Global Billing Operations

As an Analyst – Billing , you will be accountable for performing Bill to Cash activities supporting various Shell businesses including Retail and Commercial Fleet among others.

What we need from you?


Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration preferred; CPA
Open to fresh graduates up to 1 year of work experience
Possess basic Financial Accounting knowledge;
Good English communication skills;
Good in problem solving and has critical thinking skills;
Computer literate - knowledge of SAP application, any accounting software and other Microsoft software is a plus.
Willing to work on either day/mid/night shift schedule
