Global Benefits partners with Multinational companies to optimize their People Risk strategy. The core of our support lies in the management of the insured benefit plans globally and the set up of the employee benefit strategy to manage the spend. This strategy can range from local renewal support, global consolidation through pooling and global underwriting to employee benefits in a captive. In addition we partner with clients on the broader scope of People Risk such as mitigation of claims, Employee Wellbeing, DE&I and Employee Value Propositions in combination with other Aon Expertise Teams such as Talent Assessment and Compensation. Job Responsibilities:Partner with our clients, multinational companies, and the senior consultant to deliver effective employee benefit strategies for the client’s employee benefits portfolio.
